Baskets of Trends Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Baskets of Trends, each order is prepared with care. Because many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, personalized, or prepared specifically for the customer, the following return, refund, cancellation, and replacement policies apply.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fragrance preference, incorrect selections made by the customer, or items that have been opened, used, burned, altered, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original condition.

Custom & Personalized Orders: All customized, personalized, branded, custom-label, corporate, organization, event, fundraiser, bulk, and made-to-order purchases are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all names, dates, wording, logos, colors, quantities, fragrances, and other customization details before production. Baskets of Trends is not responsible for errors contained in information or artwork approved or supplied by the customer.

Candles, Soaps & Bath/Body Products: For sanitary, safety, and quality-control reasons, opened or used candles, soaps, bath bombs, bath sponges, bath/body products, and similar personal-use products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be made before production or customization begins. Once materials have been purchased specifically for an order, customization has begun, labels have been produced, or production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Items: If an order arrives damaged, defective, missing an item, or you receive an item different from what you ordered due to an error by Baskets of Trends, contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping box, and shipping label when applicable. Do not discard damaged products or packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

After verification, Baskets of Trends may, as appropriate, replace the affected item, correct the order, or issue a refund for the affected item. The remedy will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Shipping & Delivery: Baskets of Trends is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information when placing an order.

Fragrance & Handmade Variations: Because our products are handcrafted, minor variations in appearance, color, texture, placement, packaging, or other handmade characteristics may occur and are not considered defects. Fragrance perception is subjective and is not grounds for a return or refund.

Bulk, Corporate & Organization Orders: Quantities, customization details, deadlines, delivery arrangements, and other order specifications should be confirmed before production. Once a bulk or customized order enters production, reductions in quantity, design changes, cancellations, and refunds are not guaranteed and may result in additional charges.

Refund Processing: When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method when reasonably possible. Processing time after issuance may vary depending on the customer's financial institution or payment provider.

By placing an order with Baskets of Trends, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, subject to applicable law.
