Baskets of Trends offers a mix of handcrafted candles, boutique gifts, and digital downloads such as templates, planners, labels, and creative designs. Each item is made or curated with care, quality, and intention.

2. Are your digital items instant downloads?

Yes. All digital products are instant downloads. Once your purchase is complete, your files will be available immediately and can be accessed anytime through your account.

3. Will I receive a physical item with my digital purchase?

No. Digital items are download‑only. No physical product will be shipped for digital purchases.

4. What should I do if I have trouble downloading my files?

If you experience any issues with downloading, opening, or printing your files, simply contact me at eventsandmore21@gmail.com. I’m always happy to help.

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • Digital items: Because they are downloadable, all digital sales are final.
  • Physical items (like candles): If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.

6. How long does shipping take for physical items?

Processing times vary by product, but most handcrafted items ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier.

7. Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
